We have an exceptional team to tell you about...

Our team is dedicated to helping each and every one of our patients. When you join our office as a patient, you have become a member of our extended family. You will notice that this is not your typical dental office. You may hear singing from the doctor, cackling from the front office ladies or enjoying our educational conversations about nothing. Our staff of licensed professionals receive many hours of continuous education and training.

                                                                                                                                                               

Shelly is our Front Desk Receptionist. She is the one who will most likely answer the phone when you call our office and greet you when you  arrive.  Shelly will gladly schedule your appointments and answer any questions you may have.  She is also the website designer, responsible for the keeping it current with the upcoming seasons and holidays.

 

Christi  is Dr. Whittle's Dental Assistant.  She assists Dr. Whittle in all dental procedures including synthetic (tooth-colored) fillings, bonding, porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns, full-gold crowns, surgical extractions, root canals, radiographs (x-rays) and  take home whitening.  Christi will review your medical/dental history with you as well as take your blood pressure.  She is knowledgeable in dentistry and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.  

 

 

 

 

Julie is another one of our Dental Hygienists. Her responsibilities include helping patients with their oral hygiene, periodontal treatments, scaling and root planing, applications of fluoride- both in the office and home-, polishing of teeth, oral cancer screening and appointing for recare visits.
Shannon is one of our Dental Hygienists.  Her responsibilities include helping patients with their oral hygiene, periodontal treatments, scaling and root planing, applications of fluoride- both in the office and home-, polishing of teeth, oral cancer screening and appointing for recare visits. Shannon is also in charge of creating and emailing the monthly "Whittle Newsletter".

 

 

Donna is our Recare Coordinator and Sterilization Technician. Her duties include making sure all of our patients have appointments to maintain their dental health.  She is also responsible for making sure all of the dental instruments used in the office are sterilized as well as the rooms being disinfected and fully stocked.  She  makes sure that the laboratory as well as the office runs smoothly and on a timely manner.

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Whittle has been in dentistry for 28 years and is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry and TCU. He served for two years in the U.S. Public Health Service before establishing a practice in Benbrook.  He takes a conservative approach to dental treatments and loves the satisfaction that he and the patient share after cosmetic reconstruction.
Neva is our Office Manager, as well as the financial and insurance coordinator.  She will be assisting you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your financial options or insurance matters.  Neva will  also take care of your treatment plan and/or consultation needs.
